Market and Customer Data Analyst Job description: This role involves having regional responsibility for the daily regional support in matters of Business Intelligence, Customer analytics, and Customer data warehouse operations for B2B Sales. Strategic tasks: Support regional management and sales operations with translating identified market opportunities into concrete customer groups defined in both size and potential Setting up and operating systematic compelling event monitoring for Reseller and Mega customers in region Support planning and execution of local lead calendar, as part of business planning process and quarterly regional lead calendar reviews with sales operations Liaising with data vendors, using their web tool to load lead details of appropriate customer profiles, based on correct filtering criteria Operative tasks: Setting up of local KPI tracking and reports: Regional customer data quality, Lead funnel, Lead Calendar, Campaign mgmt. Sales operations' lead win/loss analysis Daily operations of regional customer data warehouse. Importing of lead contact details from European data vendor Fishing, routing and tracking of inbound leads (from all channels) Extracting lead records per preferred customer group from DWH. Exporting of leads in customer groups according to lead calendar to marketing campaigns, external lead development professionals or to sales operations Performance management and tracking of customer data quality Setting up and managing customer data feedback loops from external sales partners and local sales operations' CRM-tool, back into regional customer data warehouse What do we expect from you: We are looking for a candidate with experience in customer segmentation, data warehouse analytics and operations and data management. Core capability balanced more towards data mining, data visualization and creation of dashboards. You have experience in performance management of customer data quality within data warehouse, Sales operations' CRM and external lead qualification- and sales partners. You are a strong person who would like to take an informal leading role within the analytics team. You are able to prioritize and manage stakeholders expectations. Also you have experience in Coordination and liaising with stakeholders and staff of bordering functions and external providers. Further more you match the following criteria: Master degree 5 years of relevant working experience Working experience should preferably have been gained within the ICT sector Strong analytical skills Strong track record in successful lead generation/market/customer analysis Experienced commercial and performance skills within BTB market Experience and knowledge Marketing/sales process Language skills (CEFR): B2/C1 in English; C2 in native language Dutch, German or Swedish.
