Bouwkundig Engineer Voor de bouwkundige en civiele engineeringafdeling van een van onze opdrachtgevers in Drenthe zijn met spoed op zoek termijn een ervaren bouwkundig engineer binnen een industriële werklocatie. Onze opdrachtgever is een engineeringbureau met ca. 120 medewerkers die engineeringactiviteiten uitvoeren op WTB, EI / A en B / C gebied. De afdeling Bouwkunde en Civiel heeft een bezetting van circa 25 medewerkers. De afdeling Bouwkunde en Civiel houdt zich bezig met engineeringopdrachten variërend van regie, vaste prijsafspraken, bouwmanagement, directievoering. Tevens doet de afdeling het technische beheer en onderhoud van het terrein en een deel van de gebouwenbestanden binnen een Industry & Business Park. De afdeling is ISO 9001en VCA** gecertificeerd. De engineer werkt onder verantwoording van een projectleider of projectengineer. In de deze baan heb je te maken met uiteenlopende bouwkundige projecten variërend van kleine tot grote investeringen tot 3 mlj. Hierbij kun je denken aan nieuwbouw, uitbreiding- of onderhoudswerken veelal van industriële gebouwen en productie- of kantooromgevingen. Binnen je opdracht stuur je tekenaars, bestekschrijvers, toezichthouders en constructeurs aan. De opdrachten hebben betrekking op nieuwbouw, verbouw, renovatie en onderhoud op bouwkundig en civiel gebied. Hij dient binnen zijn opdrachten regelmatig te communiceren met opdrachtgevers en contrators.
